This was sold to us as "new old stock." While we cannot confirm this with absolute certainty, the current condition does not suggest otherwise.

The strap appears nearly unused, except for minor wear around the holes where the buckle fastens when wrapped around the box set pillow.

The steel surfaces only have absolute minimal, superficial, insignificant wear upon close inspection.
