Presenting a rare, stunning gem of a heavy-hitting Cartier—⁣the Rotonde de Cartier Day and Night Retrograde Moon Phase.

On the dial you’ll find a steel moon-shaped retrograde moon phase hand, a minutes hand, and the day-night/AM-PM indicator, which also indicates the hours across a semicircle of indices that run from 6 on the left to 12 at the top, and back to 6 at the right. ⁣⁣

The factory-set diamonds fit the piece very well, and the 28 blue sapphires in particular make for tasteful, luxurious touch.
