Overall: Very good, pre-owned condition. It is stunning on the wrist!
The ceramic bezel is clean.
The dial and crystal are clean.
Some stickers are present near the crown and on the clasp's inner surfaces and sides.
The platinum bracelet has minor, ordinary, superficial wear. The case generally only has very minimal, superficial wear. There are a couple of shallow dings along its bottom edge that can only be noticed only upon inspection.
If desired, a professional refinishing could restore the watch to practically mint condition as there are no blemishes that are too severe, but we would not consider it worthwhile at this time.
